Precision Network Services was founded in 1999 by Thomas G. Pfeiffer, IFA and his wife Judy, our President to provide professional valuations of residential real estate in southwestern Pennsylvania. Prior to this Tom had extensive related experience in providing appraisal services for local institutions; loan adminstration, origination and servicing; real estate sales and rehabilitation and the Resolution Trust Corporation. Judy had extensive experience in the medical technology field for UPMC.

Tom and Judy have been married for thirty years and have two married daughters and a married son who have provided them with two grandsons and a granddaughter so far. In his spare time Tom likes to play golf while both he and Judy like to travel.
