Prel-Listing Appraisal thoughts

Over pricing of a listing can create frustration for both the seller and Real Estate agent, result in longer marketing times and end up in a very bumpy ride for all parties involved. Proper pricing although in many instances may not be pleasant to the seller should make for a smoother transaction by the reaction of the market and even make the agent look good in the end.

The process would be the same here in Pittsburgh. Pricing any home correctly right out of the box can save weeks and even months of pain and frustration.
